Print pants in tropical shades for summer- new design from my brand!

Hello Lovelies!

I am so excited to share the new designs I have been working on with you guys. Things are in full swing here; getting ready to show my fall 16 line, designing spring 17, and finally….working on opening my online store! This has been culminating for a while, but I am getting things up as soon as possible! If anyone is interesting in pre-ordring or inquiries, please don’t hesitate to email me at info@aubreybusek.com

Summer, for me, is about tropical colors, flowing silhouettes, and easy-breezy lifestyle. Things need to be able to wear well in hot weather, and breathe with you as you live your life. That is why I love cottons and linen textiles.

Anyway, I wanted to create some pieces aside from my seasonal ‘collections’ that stand alone, but are still a major part of the Aubrey Busek brand. I came across this adorable print fabric and knew I had to make something out of it!

Aren’t these elephant print pants juts fabulous! They are 100% cotton, and will be available in the orange/blue color scheme as well as pink/orange! They are a wide leg trouser with a stretch waist, which makes them perfect for packing and throwing on during vacation. They could stand a day at the beach just as well as a night out on the town. And I added the pom-pom trim…just because it is adorable! These will be sold in small, medium, and large sizes; for now.

I paired them with these Nine West heels. I love the cork platform and heel, and they are super comfy! These pants would equally look great with sandals as well.

I love the stripe style of this print. You could pair this with so many different things, and the Moroccan-tile-style graphics are so adorable!

I paired the pant with a tunic that I bought at Indiska in Stockholm last summer. Have any of you ever shopped there? They have some really fun pieces! Sadly though, I don’t believe they are currently shipping to the USA. The print on this blouse is actually embroidery, which really sold it for me.

I bought the necklace from Julie’s boutique here in Charlotte. They have cute, really affordable pieces.
